Self-assessment is
the underlying foundation of the career planning process.
It is a process of getting to know yourself and what you want
and need in your work/life. The information you gain about
yourself will provide valuable data that leads to making positive
career decisions. The four main cornerstones of your self-assessment
process are: Skills, Values, Interests, and Personality.
