ACCELERATE
is one of the most prestigious programs adopted by PepsiCo
to develop local talents as part of our commitment to the
community. It is a 12 months program that starts with a 3
months foundation module through which candidates get the
general exposure to PepsiCo and its values, products &
processes, in addition to general business skills, after which
they go through an intensive training in the different business
areas falling under one of the four functions: Human Resources,
Finance, Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Operations (Production
& Engineering).
For this purpose, I would like to request your support in
providing us with qualified graduates who meet the following
criteria:
- 0-2 years experience
- Clearance of military service for males
(exemption, accomplishment or postponement)
- Outstanding academic results
- Involvement in extracurricular activities
- Drive and ambition
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- Fluent in English
- Advanced computer skills
Graduates of the program
will be offered:
